EQUIP Leadership

 

Equip Leadership is a a non-profit organization founded by John C. Maxwell in the U.S. The goal of this organization is to train Christian leaders, giving them the skills and tools to do God's work in the world. With this mission in mind, EQUIP has fulfilled and continues to fulfil the Million Leaders Mandate (MLM), training more than 5 millions leaders in more than 181 countries.

 

Here in Haiti, EQUIP has partnered with BARNABAS in order to fulfil the Million Leaders Mandate. We organize training sessions, using a series of MLM guide books. The leaders who attend our Equip sessions are inspired by our speakers and encouraged with our guide books.

 

Leaders like Pierre C. from Ile-à-Vache, a small island in the south of Haiti, said "the EQUIP Training changed my life and I want to change many things around here with this training".

 

We are proud of the many training sessions we have already organized. We are also proud of our network of volunteers who help us host those incredible sessions. They serve our participants with grace and humility and, also look forward to attending our training sessions since they are leaders in their own churches and environments.

 

On March 20th, we graduated the first cohort that completed VOLUME One of the MLM curriculum.
